This position is responsible for providing oversight and management of human resource activities at the Sysco South Redistribution Center (RDC). The position provides leadership, guidance and counsel on company policies, procedures and documentation and coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural issues and inquires. This incumbent will be supported by the Senior Director, Human Resources to ensure that policies, procedures and practices are aligned and administered appropriately.
